Union Church
This was a community church built by donations of many and donated labor. Any denomination could hold services here. The Christians are often called Campbellites and the Southern Methodist were the two that I [Myrtle (Smith) Vandersall] remember having church regularly. At Christmas time they usually had a tree and program. Many, many funerals were held here. It is now gone.
(The above was taken from a letter from Myrtle (Smith) Vandersall to Marjorie (Keller) Walkington on 25 July 1977)
