“Patoka – Wesley United Methodist Church, located on Kinoka Road between Kinmundy and Patoka, will host a 50th Anniversary Homecoming Celebration on Sunday.

This event begins at 3 p.m. with a “singspiration” which will include former Wesley talent and local talent.

Finger foods with all the extras will be enjoyed from 5 to 6 p.m.  At 6 p.m. there will be a presentation remembering the history of the Wesley United Methodist Church and will include greetings and words from former pastors and members.

Wesley UMC has demonstrated down through the years a common life of gratitude and devotion, witness and service, celebration and discipleship.  The people at Wesley have been and continue to be committed to the Lord Jesus Christ and the local church.  They cordially invite you to be a part of this special event, the 50th Anniversary Homecoming Celebration, on Sunday starting at 3 p.m., and encourage you to invite family and friends.”
